AxonSphere is a learning consultancy focused on making knowledge and education accessible, engaging, and meaningful for learners of all ages and backgrounds. We work with schools, post-secondary institutions, businesses, and community organizations to understand their goals and develop solutions that are practical, evidence-informed, and grounded in real needs.

 

We do not offer pre-packaged educational products or solutions. Instead, we start by listening and learning about the context, then design solutions that make sense for the people involved and what they need to achieve. Technology is part of our approach, and we use it purposefully to support access, engagement, and learning over time. Our aim is to support lifelong learning and skill development in ways that are credible, inclusive, and sustainable.

Our combined background includes instructional design, curriculum development, content development, assessment and evaluation, and program review for quality and coherence. We also support research and learning analytics, impact measurement and reporting, competency and skills framework development, micro-credentials, and pathways planning. When learning is delivered digitally, we help organizations make thoughtful choices about online and blended delivery, learning platforms, and digital learning resources.

 

Accessibility and inclusive design inform our approach at every stage. We also support educator and staff development, change management, and the policies and processes that help learning initiatives remain effective in practice.
